no gold for promotion problems

Ok when I was on Bigpoint I got gold for my promotions. Since coming to Splitscreen and clicking the email verification to collect the gold on splitscreen...I have yet to get the email nor the gold.

My question is... if I was getting it on Bigpoint and my account came to splitscreen...those setting should have came over with the switch. Now I have made a couple of new emails and I have yet to get a e mail asking me to verify to accept the gold.

Is the email for gold a bogus link for splitscreen or what?

like my noob account if you log in you need to sent you a email and if you click in that email confirm then you go to SS site or something and then you get gold if you lvl up try it meybe it is solved then
