no point speaking to any support on this game as not 1 of you have been any help to me at all with this problem

so im not playing game no more as iv lose a rank 66 account coz your support is crud

You'll have to wait a time. I wrote tickets to the support and it took nearly 1 week to answer it. Sometimes more. You are not the only one, who writes tickets to the support. So wait, then the answer is coming, because they said, tickets will be answered as fast as possible and ever.
So hold on and drink some tea ^^

If you want faster ticket Response Time, Follow the Reporting Guidelines (Bug Reporting Guidelines version 1.3 - http://forum.pirategalaxy.net/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=22&start=0 ) posted here in Forum. Most (99%) of the tickets come in with no Pilot Name or Server any where in the post which will cause major delays in Response times. Aslo when a response is made it Takes the pilots as much as 15 days to respond back to us. The Blame is not on Support but Rather on the Pilots who do not bother to Respond or include basic information in the Tickets to begin with
