Mantis Exterminator bugged

There is a really bad bug that will make new players quit on the mission Mantis Exterminator on Axiom. You got to the mission destination and kill the mantis but there is no mission percentage. No matter how many you kill it doesn't go up. Manually restarting the mission doesn't work. Relogging doesn't work. This is a bug that will inhibit new players progress in the game and I feel it should take priority as this will hurt the growth of the community.
