Is my story mission frozen?

I'm on the SM "GIVE CHASE" and when I select it it only says "Continue the hunt for Vicius the Mutilator". No further instructions are received and I don't know what to do.
I tried to land on the surface and I waited a bit but nothing happened.
Some guy suggested me to go in Vega. He said I'll receive instructions once I'm there but I didn't receive it.

The full text from the mission is:
"We must re-capture Vicius. He has already killed innocent miners and destroyed property! We are tracking him and are ready when you are. Comrade."

Can anyone help?

I had the same problem now.
I already thought to go to vega, cauze he got access to vega again. (by killing that miner by the previous story mission.)
I gonna try to go to aurora today.
I hope it works.
