Recently i had to change my name.. My name is Ignoring-You i am commander of Evil Clan.
once i changed myname to ignoring you i looked at my clan to find that i am an officer and not an admiral.
obviously this is a bug, so i tried logging out serveral times, i've tried re-installing the game which i was hopeing would fix this problem. unfortunetly i still had the bug.
My captain of Evil Clan contacted a Gm to which he was told, tell your admiral to cancel clan and create a new one.
I then had no option but to contact a Gm. itold kimbo what the problem was, i asked what do i need to do? to which i was told to cancel clan and make new one. I wasnt aware that doing this would lose me all of my CQ SHIPS!!! Which may i add ive spent loads of time gold and effort on. Surely Telling me to send a ticket would have been more sufficent.
I have loads of my family and friends who play this game, Which their all discusted with the way ive been treated. Especially with Wiki master deleting my posts so that people cannot see my complaints basically covering up Kimbos mistake.
I'm going to do my very best to make sure that everyone who plays this game knows what you have done to myself and my clan. ive wasted all this time playing this game.
I am no longer going to play this game after this.
Wiki master feel free to delete this thread also, i have copied and sent a copy to the developers, spiltscreen and gamigo. Also i'm contacting my solicter to seek compansation for the £740 gold that has now been wasted on this game.
