I lost some stuff?

Before 2nd restart I had 95% to rank 56 and I had 31k War Score and 11k Cry.. After restart I had 75% to rank 56, 25k WarScore and 9k Cry.. I am now rank 56, so don't mind. Can the cry, even tho low amount, be refunded? And can my rank get like 10% higher in rank 56? (Instead of 20% cause higher rank now), war score I don't mind since I'm not aiming to be 1st yet.

And mostly all friends I know experienced same thing .. ! (Only the ones that were when the restart happened)

Thank you for your time for those who are reading this topic, and thanks for any considerations on fixing this issue.

And I just want to remind you that the problem with map is still on, all my maps are reset to 0% explored.

Game loader is alsi taking alot time to load.. It use to appear and disappear in matter of seconds now it stays there for like 2 minutes, and even more..

the same happend to a buddy on korell. game loader needed a loooot of time to load. he lost
aroun 180k cry. support sayd, bad luck... no screen no chance...

Dont feel bad, ur not the only one that lost stuff. I seen a few BP's missing, around 75% of my XP was gone and not to mention around 50k Cry. Im just glad I didnt spend money getting them things or I would be highly upset. And to think I was gonna buy gold but with this latest happening, I dont think I will now. Just not worth the money loss for some stupid game crash or roll backs.

Funny thing is this Astraeus, its not a bug. It was an issue caused by an update done by SS and then fixed with a roll back. When the roll back was initiated, ppl started losing stuff. I nor anyone in this thread was the only ones that lost things. I see people all over Solaria that has lost things but since most tickets get denied for lack of screen shots or by not following the ticketing system to the letter, no one decided to put in a ticket. Why put in a ticket only to be told "you didnt fill out the ticket completely" or "no screen shot, no fix"? We have learned that filling out the tickets doesnt do much good so we just take it for the team and move on.
