How to create support account and submit a ticket?

Step by step guide to how to submit a ticket.

If a player wants to submit a ticket they firstly need to go the support site. There will be a step by step guide how to set up your support account and how to send in a ticket.

1) If you do not have an account on the support site, then you have to register with valid information(s) by clicking the "Register" which is option 1. But, if you do have a support account, you can type in your email and password, which is the option 2 show on the screenshot below.

2) To register, you need to fill in the field/box's that are shown in the bellow screenshot. Once you have registered, you need to check the email you used to register with because you will be sent an activation/verification link to activate/verify your support account. (NOTE: Please check the spam folder too, because it may end up in there as well.)

3) Once you have logged-in/registered. Click "Submit a Ticket" (option 1) to submit a new ticket or "My Tickets" (option 2) to view the tickets that you have submitted already.

4) After you've clicked on the "Submit a Ticket", you should see some options:
  • 1) Click "Pirate Galaxy"
  • 2) Click "Pirate Galaxy English Team" (NOTE: There are other options such as Pirate Galaxy German Team so you can send a ticket there too if you do not speak English well but can speak German.
  • 3) After selecting which team you want to send the ticket to, click "Next" to proceed.

5) This is where we get to fill in the ticket form to send it to the support team.
  • 1) Type - Select which department you want to send your ticket to from the drop down menu.
  • 2) Avatar name and Sever name - Type in your in-game name(exactly how it appears). And Select the server your account is from.
  • 3) The portal you login/play through.
  • 4) Select a subject, then write the message explaining everything in detail that you are having issues with. Provide as much information as possible.
  • 5) Provide an evidence with a screenshot for example.
  • 6) Then click "Submit" to send in the ticket.

NOTE: Upon submitting a ticket, please allow at least 2 working days for the Support Team to respond back to your ticket.
