Game is stuck cant change settings from highest to lowest!

Game Quality is stuck cant change settings from highest to lowes t!

game crash too much i had enough of this seems no one can fix this problem why all gm sais its my pc couse it aint and by the way if i have my pc from 2004 that not means it aint good so dont tell me to upgrade directx and graphics couse i already did and gived me no results this problem cant be fixed thats all since u maked game changes we cant change game setings anymore you know when we had old vega and old game hud until u upgraded game it worked very find and all could change quality level me too but naw since u upgraded game with new patch we cant change quality to low anymore and game becomed anoying couse crash too much if we haved low quality it never crashed

Probebly, cause i had 2 pc's, it's because the highest possible is lowest,
