E Fields Deplete in a Heartbeat.

First, let me apologize if this topic has been already touched upon. I did a search and found 44 hits, but couldn't locate this particular subject.

I love that since the big update collecting E takes less time.

But what gives with the Energy Fields? Doesn't it seem like the E fields are smaller? Put 2 or 3 ships in an E field and after about 30 seconds everyone is racing for the same orb. Surface with a full squad and forget it.

Go to the lower planets and someone in a Gemini ship or higher sucks the e down in nothing flat while the lower levels in their Anin 2000's putt-putt-putt over to the orb - which is gone in an instant. How is this fun for the new kids?

It seems like, yeah, you can collect an orb faster, but it still takes just as long to collect E - it just takes longer differently.

Certainly we can purchase energy, but there's a ton of young players out there that can't.
Is there a happy medium planned....something between free E for all and a nasty 'free for all' in the E field?

But I must agree on this, you are absolutely right, with the speed an e-ball is collected they disappear in an instant.
I have seen myself helping lower ranks at Vega with Vega ship trying to collect e myself it has been hard when some players collects with a much higher rank ship.
Those I help has it even harder then I, cause they doesn't have all bps what I have, nor such a good Vega ship as I have.

A wait in 5 min off all will fill up the field but if no one waits it will be depleted and everyone race for the appearing e-ball.

With the decrease time to collect, e-fields and balls should had been increased some to support all players that might take e all at the same time, and not even needed more that 3 players at same field will deplete in no time.

Mizar has only one spot where there is enough e, upper left corner, all other spots has very little e, and they are not safe to take e and you have to shoot the mantis the whole time when you collect, so it takes double of time still to collect cause u waste the e while u collect it.
Mizars most popular e-spot has a ridiculous amount of e even if no one is taking e there at that moment.
Also the e-spot near to harvs r42 has the raging way to spawn at the other side of the hill beside detonators r44 and harvs r44.

Couldn't those spots be coded to be 2 separate e-spots so you don't have to fly in the middle of taking e quite far to take on other side, that is also ridiculous.

Please there has to be increase of e balls on each field where players takes mostly e, but also in those less used.

Praise is to Earth e-spots they are good all of them has E enough to share between lots of players.
I do not complain for LZ e-spot depleting faster there cause players are doing lots of pvps there in these days so they also consume more at that spot, also several ppl help on lower planets and they come to Earth LZ to refill and then they go back, I myself included has done that, but mostly I refill at 2nd or middle east e-spot at earth what requires me to travel and get there alive first.

it was an suggestion of defacto, a source of e that never could get away, but you get your e slower then normal.

And it doesn't look like a giant e-orb, i think of it as a swirling light blue thingy...
