Drop rate percentage

Ok, this is gonna sound less like a suggestion, and more like and EXTREME popular demand, when I say (and I speak for MANY pilots) that the drop rate % has GOT to be increased for rare blue prints! I have grinded hard, 4 hours a day, TWELVE days srtaight for the Vega Vendetta Blaster, and of course, nothing. Do you have even the slightest clue, just how many THOUSANDS of mantis that is to kill in that time frame?

Please, think of your players, and the frustration that they have to endure, just to get one little tiny thing, that I'm not even sure exists anymore.
And not just the VVB, but all rares.

yeah, i been grinding for days for ssb, killing like 10k mantis, still none, it wood be better if atleast the cryo wood drop more often insted of like ever 20 kills

Guys rares are supposed to be RARES! Look, this is how your luck can.. WITHOUT whining:

Found Xsniper - 6 hours with friend
Sniperblaster -1 hour with friend
Orbital Strike - 5minutes
SSB - 6 hours nothing, then next day 20mins it dropped
Attack Charge - 20mins
Collector 30mins
AB 30mins
Repair 3 hours 1 day then left for a week... 5mins dropped


Yea been lucky ALOT on rares on sol but look this:
4 and a half months over 30000 marauders and parasites killed : 0 gold (Even tho they don't go in my kill counts because I shot with sniper)
30mins shooting with gemini shock.. Gemini repair droid dropped.. Just yesterday

And you are whining about spending.. euh.. DAYSS? For god sakes if you been shooting for hours then stop... someone else would have dropped it... And you're whining about how low is the drop rate..

Rares are rares... so they should be even harder to found..

I agree with deathsbeast on this one, rares, by definition, are supposed to be rare. Ur not really supposed to look for them, they drop when they drop. Have fun, i spent 4 months getting my ssb.

Ok. I still didn't see as much as what I (and others) have done as far as time grinding.
For me pesonally, 2 MONTHS looking for only 1 thing....
Both with a squad, and without. Still looking, still nothing, and judging by what you and my wannabe lover DeathsBeast says, I will NEVER find it.
Why have a suggestion forum, if you don't really care whats on it. Too many topics of "won't be dones" even after (and I quote) BILLIONS of requests and suggestions of the same exact thing.
Now think about that a little bit before responding.

Firstly, rares aren't supposed to be ´´looked for´´. That's because they are... well, rare. You can use the time looking for them on dooing different things instead.

And secondly, it doesn't matter how many wants something in the game if the mods and devs don't. A good rule when making suggestions is that the devs never accept changes that only makes the game easier, and i have seen many of those. This is one of them.

Well, rares are rares!!!
They are supposed to be hard to find.
You just have to grind more and more and more, until you have it.
I am grinding for the Gemini Thermoblaster for 2 weeks now.
I found 26 times the Gemini Speed Actuator, but still not the Gemini Thermoblaster.
Just cauze it is a rare. (Speed actuator doesn't seem a rare by me. It drops alot by me, as you can see.)

well bps drop rate should be dam increased. rares are rare I KNOW, but its NOT POSSIBLE that many times you look for a bp for a white and you need 1 DAY to find it. And talking about tha rares back, THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DROP. Half of sniper bps are RARE. if you havent them your ship is EMPTY. So you MUST look for them, to have a ship at least a bit BALANCED compared to other rank 60 ships.

I ALREADY SAID THAT A RARE IS RARE AND IT HAS TO STAY A RARE!!!
It isn't impossible to find a rare.
Okay, of course i want to find more rares too (Cauze of that stupid Gemini Thermoblaster)
But, if the drop rate will be increased, it is so much easier to get a good ship.
If you have all the rares now, people can see you really worked hard for it and get their respect.
If the drop rate will be increased, you won't get that.
It isn't much fun, if they drop so fast. (I want more rares, but not in the easier way. I just want to work for my armor and components. Otherwise, it isn't fun.)

DUDE the drop rate has been decreased this summer! only thing im asking is that to put it back. I have 19/24 Sol Rares so im not a noob but i still think rares or EVEN bps are too hard

I have a very strong feeling that the only ones who oppose me on this, have never really had to "look" for the extended amout of time that I have. But if you want to be biased about it, go ahead. Just shows your true colors.

Yes, my true and most insidious colors! What a baaaad man I am for not wanting rares to drop left and right... Oh yes, and extremely biased, because everyone on this forum is expected to be entirely impartial. But yes, some normal blueprints take forever to drop, especially when you're doing tech missions! D: Can spend hours just trying to get a normal blueprint, not fun. It is terribly unfortunate though, I know many people have searched months for certain rares, but that's what you choose to spend your time on, so it must be worth it or you wouldn't be doing it, right?

Must be green!! + if you hate rares drop rate, stop searching for them, DOH, and I suggest as i said making them harder, because sometimes blues are kinda rares and sometimes even gold drop before blues.. so .. make it lower drop rate.. because rares should be RARE to find and RARE to see...
