crafting gravitons

How would it be if players could earn the crafting ability, find special Bp's and craft their own gravitons?

My idea would be:

1. The crafting skill goes with the exp bar, when someone is going to level he/she has to decide if the normal level shall go up or the crafting level.

The crafting levels are going with the system levels aswell:
1-17 will give for example the crafted gravitons an duration of 15 sec
18-24 will give the crafted graviton an duration of 25 sec
25-34 will give the crafted graviton an duration of 40 sec
35-44 will give the crafted graviton an duration of 50 sec
45-69 will give the crafted graviton an duration of 60 sec
70-75 will give the crafted graviton an duration of 75 sec

New players would have to level twice to increase both, normal level and crafting level(if they want to increase it). :x
Any higher level who wants to build up the crafting skill need to do for each crafting skill he wants to earn an full exp bar of the level is is on currently. :sneaky:
(...lol...that might make it also attractive for Splitscreen to put it in, they might sell more exp booster again and could also bring in some special crafting boosters) :mad:

2. Mantis can also drop now green bps :eek:
Dark green Bp for learning the abilty of crafting an special graviton
Light green Bp needed as ingredient for the crafting itself

3. For the crafting itself is also first needed to find those Dark green Bps to learn how to craft it
Light green Bps and maybe also some cry or e are needed for the crafting the graviton than

Its just an idea but would like to read your opinion about it

very interesting, you got me to think a little,

So you suggest:

Leveling in Crafting Gravitons
BP's for special recipes, drops from mantis
BP's for ingredients, drops from mantis

I love that, but I would like to post my own modifications on it, I'm not sure if my ideas are good, but I would like to post them:

* MISSIONS!
Defenitly missions, bp's from mantis would be too easy to get just by luck, now we know what SS is gonna do then: Dropchance drastic lowered and amount of the needed bp to collect to use up to a way to high level.

What I would love is chance based mission spawning, these missions would be green colored and sent you to a second empty version of a CQ planet, same map, save pricipal as if there were more then 30 players on 1 planet a clone is made, that but more specified and empty.

These missions would allow you to find ancient things, runes, scrolls or whatever and allow you to craft gravitons. The now empty planets can be used for this too. Normal planets could phase into a few types of things:
* Terasa would phase into the lab being bigger and add a GUI to craft these gravitons (however, these are experimental) to make antares more special and interesting.
* Normal planets would have plants or atleast ingredients on them which could be harvested.
* CQ's could rarely spawn gravitons.

Experimental Gravitons won't always work and could explode and turn your ship burning like a thermo blast and create a aggrobomb around you. Now if that wouldn't be cool.

Crafting level should increase every time you craft something and the crafting should be a grid in which you can place it in differant orders to create differant things.

This idea could make a new chapter in Pirate Galaxy that would make it much less generic.

But maybe it is already in Sirius Singularity! :D

(every expansion of gameplay is welcomed by all im sure but implementing it is another story; splitscreen has been soo slow with changes to the game tht maybe our grandchildren may get to play changes suggested by us, if ever)
on the subject :
for example u have raw materials for gravitrons as is, u can use the log files to exchange for them and raise the logfile droprate or balance exchange rate + open logfiles for non clan players too.
just mentioning a less complicated /timeconsuming option to this or similar ideas. (since splitscreen seems to lack manhours when comes to coding.)

(as for the lvls in crafting maybe u should get a skill cape at lvl 99.lol then we can try introduce farming gravitrons,fishing gravitrons,smithing gravitrons,etc...)

Lol WRAITH, May I then have a Skillcape on Graviton Hunt please, or maybe a Dungeon Graviton Hunt Skillcape. Just remember you can't use them until you find the next one. :LOL:


Well Interesting idea of you Tabanka, I like to keep this simples and clean without any more complications involved, so like the original idea. :cool:

as i know theres instant 1x activation gravitrons so dont forget to think tht the duration u gain per lvl will need adapting (maybe as %)

All i gotta say is: i like this.
I like the idea of being able to craft your own gravitons.....instead of having to share them with clanm8s....not that theres anything against sharing ;)
