CQ ship bug

sometimes in a cq when you activate the shield or repair field it bugs out by turning on but not showing you/ the player that it is on,also the powers sometimes dont work they just grey out,

just thought id drop that small bug in ,thanks

i had it in the past but i tough they fixed that
