Account problems

I go by the name lilicka level 30 on solaris server but have not been able to acces my account due to a launcher error "Launcher has been launched from unexpected source"
after i get this message the game stops loading i have done the following to try to remdy the problem

1 ) clear browser history

2) switch browsers from firefox to chrome

also im unable to download the client due to my computer freezing up when i try to download such things like clients

Idk what else to do so i created this alternate so i may at the least continue to enjoy this game even though it means starting from scratch if theres any way this problem can be fixed it would be greatly appreciated and if not then atleast im alerting you guys to a potential issue.

Have you checked if the firewall is blocking the access to the client?

he said he has made a new account and is playing the game fine with his new account, thus ruleling out any problems with his pc so this has to be a server side problem with his account aka a splitscreen problem thats if his account is with splitscreen, if it was a problem with his pc this bug would happen with every account he made and played on his pc
